font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>今天，就业局的扶贫专干们来到江西佰仕通电子科技有限公司，看望在这里务工的贫困户，了解他们工作适应情况以及家庭生产生活情况，冯花兰就是其中的一位，今年39岁的冯花兰，是市山镇建档立卡贫困户，由于自己和老公都是先天性小儿麻痹症，行动不方便，又不能做重活，以前只能靠家里的一些桔树和打一些零工，生活过的很拮据，儿子还在上学，就业局了解到她的情况后，将她介绍来这里上班，每个月有两千多块钱一个月，活也不重，也很稳定，今年已是她在这里做工的第5个年头了。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; word-break: break-all !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>为有效帮助困难户尽快实现就业，我县多措并举拓宽贫困群众就业渠道，加大就业扶贫力度。对各乡镇辖区村级劳务、企业用工情况和贫困人口就业意向进行全面摸排，建立岗位信息台账，详细掌握了贫困户基本情况，并在全县26家企业以及各乡镇扶贫车间，加大“点对点一站式”服务，采取每招收一名贫困户补贴1000元的标准，鼓励企业吸纳更多的贫困户就业。与此同时南丰还鼓励返乡贫困劳动力就业创业，给予免费创业培训和创业指导等政策扶持，创办企业的每人给予5000元创业补贴。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
