!important;'>江齐平，男，1968年8月出生，2001年7月加入中国共产党。自1992年7月参加工作以来，他一直从事教学和班主任工作，在最边远的山村默默奉献，一晃就是28个春秋。他28年如一日，辛勤耕耘，给偏远山村的孩子播下了希望的种子，让孩子们拥有了一双翱翔天空的翅膀，为山区的经济发展振兴孕育了火种……他用平凡的故事，谱写着山区教育者奋斗不息的动人乐章。</p><p !important;'>傅坊乡地处武夷山脉脚下，与福建省建宁县和江西省广昌县相邻，属于两省三县交汇处，距离县城70多里，交通条件极为不便，组织多次给予他选调进城的机会，但他每次都说：“这里更需要我！”它的这一念执着，让自己扎根农村一扎就是28年。28年来，他始终坚守着对教育事业的热爱和自己那份初心，无怨无悔。</p><p style='max-inline-size: !important;'>江老师对工作兢兢业业，一丝不苟，在探索中不断前行。每次上课前，他都要充分借鉴杂志、报刊、网络，学习别人的优秀课例、课件，结合自己多年的教学经验及学生的学情，深入理解感悟，形成自己独特的教学设计，课后进行深入反思总结，对不足之处及时修改，形成教学心得、教学反思或完善课例，达到常教常新。江老师每天带着阳光的笑容走进教室，课堂气氛轻松活跃，学生学习的自主性强、积极性高，深受学生喜欢。每次民主测评，江老师总能获得学生最高的满意度，如果你问学生：“同班的教学科目中最感兴趣，学的最好的是什么课程？”大家都会异口同声地说：“江老师的课。”</p><p !important;'>2020春节，一场新冠肺炎疫情席卷祖国大地，作为一名教师，江老师毫不犹豫投入到抗击疫情中去。他时刻把学生的健康挂在心上，通过电话、微信等方式，及时传达上级文件精神，宣传预防疫情基本知识；经常在线上与学生交流，了解他们居家学习和走动情况，密切关注学生的思想动态，有针对性地进行心理疏导。针对九年级没有线上学习课程的情况，他四处寻找各科课程资源，每天晚上8:30—9:30利用希沃白板平台开展线上教学。</p><p !important;'>天道酬勤，皇天不负，江老师的辛勤耕耘换来了回报。多年来，江老师醉心于钻研教学，形成了自己独特的教学风格，屡次在教学大赛上获奖：2005年在全县化学教学竞赛中荣获一等奖，2009年在全市首届化学教学能手大赛荣获二等奖。他的教学成绩优异，多次在全市名列前茅：2018年在全市期末统考中他所教的七年级生物名列全市第5，2019年升至全市第4，对于一个农村中学，这在全市都是罕见的。江老师的无怨无悔和优异的教育教学质量，获得领导和群众的高度认可，先后荣获南丰县优秀名师、优秀教育工作者、桔乡最美教师等7次县级表彰，2011年被评为抚州市优秀教师，2019年被评为“赣鄱先锋——群众身边好党员”。</p><p !important;'>陶行知说：“真教育是心心相印的活动，唯独从心里发出来，才能打动心灵的深处。”江老师为人乐观、和蔼可亲，有亲和力，坚持以学生为友，让学生敬重他，而不是惧怕他，以自己的真情真爱，打动学生的心灵，产生心灵的互动。尤其是对学困生和后进生，他更是给予特别的关爱，因为他知道孩子总是在不断地犯错中成长的，虽然他们有时候调皮捣蛋，但总是以宽容、交心对待他们，因为孩子们更需要的是一个能够宽容关爱他们的老师，而不是一个成天去揭发、批评他们错误的“警察”。学生喜欢与江老师说心里话，让江老师走进他们的心中，融入他们的世界。</p><p !important;'>2013年7月，刚从九年级毕业班下来，本打算担任新一届七年级班主任及年级主任的江老师，听说即将升上九年级的一个班班主任调走，学习、纪律等方面都比较差，一直没人敢接，且都说谁接谁倒霉，考虑到九年级的重要性和一班孩子的发展，他二话不说，主动向学校提出接手这个班。接手后，他立即制订了一套策略，经常跟同学们一起谈心交流，组织一些社团活动。通过一段时间的循循诱导，真情感化，学生的学习态度和纪律有很大改观。有一位叫李某的同学，比较调皮，父母长年在外务工，平时由爷爷奶奶监管，但因为爷爷奶奶年龄大，管起来心有余而力不足，学习成绩很不理想，通过江老师对他持续的特别“照顾”，经常找他谈心谈话，一腔柔情化春雨，满怀挚诚暖人心，李同学逐渐对学习产生了兴趣，成绩也有了提高。一年后，李同学顺利考入高中，他由衷地对江老师说：“非常感谢江老师，是您的教导给了我信心和决心，才有了今天的我，您是我遇见的最好的老师”。</p><p !important;'>没有爱，就没有教育。傅坊港下村有个失学少年吴某，按年龄应该是八年级学生了，由于家庭特殊原因一直没进过校门，其知识水平不如小学一年级，生活也不能自理，在教育精准扶贫政策和乡党委、政府及学校的共同努力下，踏进了傅坊中学的校门，来到学校，什么都不懂，很难适应学习和生活。江老师主动承担起对他生活的照顾和学习辅导，师爱如慈父，从吃饭、洗漱、穿衣、叠被子、持笔写字到洗澡、洗衣服、与学生如何相处等等都亲自示范指导，一张白纸的他不仅生活能够自理，还顺利完成学业。“为了苦孩，甘为骆驼。于人有益，牛马也做。”爱自己的孩子是人，爱别人的孩子是神，惟有超越师爱的大爱，才有如此神力。</p><p !important;'>家中孩子的翘首盼归，老人的天天叨念，家让江老师时刻牵挂。2010年，他一直在校住宿，而妻子居住在长红垦殖场，两地相距90多公里，几乎一个月才能够回家一次，但每当听到《想家的时候》这首歌时，对家的思念，对亲人的牵挂就让他泪如泉涌。因为他爱家，家中有亲人，家中有亲情。但是，亲如孩子的学生同样让他割舍不下。一次是妻子住院没有人照顾，本来他完全可以在家照顾，校长知道情况后也同意他请假回家照顾妻子几天。但是当他回家时，妻子却望着他说“你怎么回家了？你请了假回家，那你的课怎么办？你班上的学生怎么办？你无论如何也不能几天不去学校？我的事会料理好，你就安心教学吧！”就这样，他每天早上到医院帮妻子处理完事后，立即匆匆赶回学校上课，下午放学再回家，期间委托其他病人家属帮忙照看，正是因为有了妻子的理解与支持，他从未缺过一堂课和请过一天假。他的父亲住院也是如此......家成了他最大的支持和动力。</p><p !important;'>“千教万教，教人求真；千学万学，学做真人。”江老师与傅坊人民有着同样淳朴、热情的品质，这个农民的儿子与群众有着与生俱来的亲切感。他的无私奉献，教学业绩，人格魅力都有口皆碑。无论走到哪里，都能感受到亲人般的温暖。傅坊中学距离县城有70多里，与福建省建宁相邻，地域面积较大，人口较多，地形复杂。有些村庄分布在崇山峻岭之中。说起杨溪、田心、港下村，人们并不陌生；然而提到桐源、石街地、廖家等地名，可能到过的人就不是很多。他做了28年的班主任，凡是有学生的地方，他基本上都走访过。几年前这些地方还交通不便，有些地方只能步行，严寒酷暑一天只能走访一、二个学生，来回就得八九个小时，这其中的艰辛只有江老师心里清楚。所以，走访过程中，有时就干脆住宿学生家中，夜深的灯火照亮学生与家长渴望成才的心灯，见证了他爱生如子的情怀，那些弯弯曲曲的山路和石阶，见证了他矫健坚定的足迹。多年来频繁的走访，使他与各村群众建立了深厚的感情，无论踏进哪个村庄，都受到群众的热烈欢迎，群众以能做他的学生或孩子在他班上读书而自豪。</p><p
