cursor: text; box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;'>从2020年1月开始，调整市本级、县（区）河道砂石开采权出让费征收标准。市、县财政原则上先比照当地赣抚建材公司每方砂石开采经营利润的80%，确定砂石开采权出让费单方征收标准，再按其实际开采量据实征收。剩余20%为当地赣抚建材公司的可分配利润，由其按股权比例分红，原则上主要用于企业扩大再生产。具体征收标准和方式由受益财政部门会同当地赣抚建材公司核定。按照赣水政法字〔2017〕10号文件规定，</span><span style='max-width: 100%;
