max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; font-size: 14px; letter-spacing: 1px; line-height: 1.75; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'><br></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'> </span><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-size: 17px;'> 主攻重点，寻求发展新路。下堡村依托南丰蜜橘产业优势，积极推进实施“蜜橘兴村”战略，形成“一业带百业、百业促主业”的发展格局，使南丰蜜橘成为村民的“绿色银行”。近年来，该村申报南丰蜜橘开发项目上千亩，在村党支部的带动下，全村60%的橘园解决了灌溉和交通问题，基本形成了现代橘园管理模式。同时，该村通过组建专业合作社，运用“公司+基地+农户”的模式，带领农户勇闯市场。如今，该村年销售南丰蜜橘1000万余公斤，产值突破800余万元，农民人均纯收入达7300余元，小小蜜橘已成为当地农民的“摇钱树”。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-size: 17px;'> 主导方向，发展新型农业。近年来，在村干部的积极引导带动下，下堡村通过土地流转、大户承包种植模式，发展烟叶种植面积200多亩，建造烤烟房20余座，进入“千担村”行列。该村借助烟水项目资金60万元，在种烟区修建了水渠、水坝和机耕道，使农田水利设施大为改观。烟农们跟记者算了一笔账，种烟的收益是种水稻的三倍，种烟每亩纯收益达3000元左右。2019年，全村烟叶产值达200余万元，实现利税20余万元，全村人均增收2000余元。村级财政每年增收五六万元。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-size: 17px;'> 主动探索，拓宽致富道路。为继续发展壮大村集体经济，邓龙仔日思夜想，多次赴外地考察学习，取经学艺。2019年，在丰富学习经验的基础上，村集体自筹资金10万元在全乡率先种植有机水稻100亩；同时向上争取到财政扶持资金50万元，发展龙虾种苗繁育基地6亩，龙虾养殖20亩，此两项产业每年可为村集体经济增收36万元。</span></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><br></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='color: rgb(0, 104, 178);
