min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>电商要实现可持续发展，人才培养至关重要。为此，南丰县以政府为主导，由该县商务局、电商公共服务中心主办，举办了多场免费培训班，邀请专业的电商讲师教授电商、淘宝、抖音等创业就业课程内容，为学员利用抖音平台创业就业奠定基础。据初步统计，截至目前，南丰县电商公共服务中心共培训学员1500多人次，孵化淘宝直播学员60多人，淘宝创业学员100多人。</p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>南丰县在注重培育电商人才的同时，还积极依托乡镇电商中心大力发展直播经济。在太源乡电商服务中心，乡里邀请来的本土“网红”主播正在进行带货直播。这个电商服务中心由乡里主导建设，引进专业的运营主体，主要收购当地合作社和村民的农副产品，通过淘宝和抖音直播销售。同时该中心还整合了各大主流快递，提高发货效率，使货品早日到达消费者手中，提升他们的消费体验。截至目前，太源电商服务中心销售额达30多万元，助农增收6万多元。</p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>今年以来，为促进直播电商业态的健康发展，南丰县依托电子商务公共服务中心，对全县电子商务企业、电商创业人员提供政策咨询、人员培训、运营服务、孵化支撑等一站式基础公益性服务，并借助疫情的“宅经济”，开展“村播”计划，对农村电商创业人员进行网络主播实用技能培训，让手机成为“新农具”。同时利用电子商务进农村综合示范县专项资金，加快新建及改造提升电商站点，并不断完善站点电脑、办公座椅等硬件设施。目前全县已建成镇村级电商服务站点90个，覆盖了南丰县50%以上的行政村。此外，南丰县还积极探索新型直播带货模式，通过县主要领导带头示范通过网络平台为扶贫产品代言或化身“主播”直接参与直播带货，邀请网红借助抖音、淘宝、京东等知名电商平台，直播销售甲鱼蛋、白莲、茶树菇等农副产品等方式，帮助农民拓宽销路。据不完全统计，今年1--6月，南丰县通过直播等方式销售蜜桔、甲鱼蛋、白莲、茶树菇、米粉等农副产品共20多万单，销售额突破800万元。</p></section><section style='max-width: 100%;
