min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>2020年7月20日下午，付坊派出所辖区村民黄某辉来报警称，其越南妻子跑了，希望公安机关能够帮忙找回。接警后，办案民警一方面及时开展调查，一方面立即与县局出入境管理大队联系，办案民警于7月21日下午在福建省建宁县溪口镇将其妻子单某（化名）找到，对单某（化名）进行检查时，因不能提供有效出入境证件及签证。遂民警将单某（化名）与其介绍人杨某（化名）带至县公安局进行调查。</p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>办案民警立即对这三人展开调查，在询问的过程中单某（化名）、乐某（化名）、齐某（化名）均对自己逃避边防检查的违法事实供认不讳。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>目前，单某（化名）、乐某（化名）、齐某（化名）涉嫌逃避边防检查，根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第六十一条第（二）项之规定，依法对齐某（怀孕）、乐某（哺乳）限制活动范围；根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第六十条第一款之规定，依法对单某（化名）拘留审查（三人被依法决定择期驱逐出境），杨某（化名）正在进一步审理当中。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>警方温馨提示：</strong></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>近年来，随着我国国际化程度不断提升，涉外婚姻越来越多，公安机关也查获大量非法入境、非法居留的东南亚国籍“新娘”。这些“新娘”无合法有效入境证件，由非法涉外婚介或个人以旅游、介绍工作等名义，采取欺骗、诱惑等手段，将其介绍给偏远农村男性青年为妻，从中牟取暴利。这类婚姻属涉外非法婚姻，不受法律保护。对非法入境、非法居留的外国人，公安机关将依法对其实施居留、罚款处罚，并依法遣送出境。对非法组织者触犯刑法的，依法追究刑事责任。涉外婚姻面临着文化价值观、生活习俗、宗教信仰等方面的问题，虽新潮浪漫，却也存在着一定的风险。不要轻信介绍机构或介绍人的花言巧语，以免“人财两空”上当受骗。</p><p style='margin-right: auto;
