min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>走进立兴公司生产车间里，十几名工人在生产线上正按照程序进行烘干、分拣、包装，生产线的产品加工正在有条不紊的进行。“农户家里的农产品，虽说是好山好水出好产品，但缺乏对接市场、参与竞争的能力，我们投资了20万元，购置了各类生产设备，并优先采购了贫困户家的农产品，进行了挑选、加工、包装，打造了绿色‘傅裕’品牌”。立新村党支部书记、村委会主任、 立兴公司总经理郑星球介绍道，“我们的产品有白莲、茶树菇、香菇、黑木耳等，这些产品质量好，卖相好，包装精美，有档次，既可以获得消费者青睐，也可以卖一个好价钱，提升了农产品品牌溢价能力”。据了解，该公司全天可生产加工上千份农副产品，还聘请了5名贫困户在生产车间工作，他们通过自己的劳动，让各自的家庭增加了经济收入。</p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>由于理念、技术、设施所限，立兴公司独立进行线上销售有很大的难度。为拓展线上市场，立兴公司与江西盛元电子商务有限公司合作，由盛元公司负责在拼多多、天猫、抖音等网络平台进行销售和网红直播带货，目前已初具规模。同时，还与中国邮政进行合作，在旗下“邮乐小购”电商平台进行产品销售。“我们最近进行了4次较大的直播带货，销量很不错。这些货原本只能在集市上吆喝着卖，有了我们的加工与包装，让这些绿色、生态、纯天然的产品通过电商快车卖向了全国各地”，立兴公司销售负责人王先生介绍，“我们还对部分返乡青年，给予一定的创业支持，对他们进行电商培训，带动‘傅裕’系列产品销售”。</p><p style='max-width: 100%;
