margin-left: auto; max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2.5px; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>莱溪乡上潺村是省十三五贫困村，该村共有贫困户14户43人，2016年，上潺村顺利退出贫困村，2018年，全村所有贫困户也全部脱贫，如何持续增加农民收入，改善基础设施是关键，长期以来，这个村的交通状况一直制约着村庄的发展，因为村里通往外界的只有一条宽3.5米的水泥路，这不仅影响着村民和车辆的通行，也对村里蜜桔和毛竹产业发展带来不利影响，为了改变这一现状，这个村争取到扶贫资金60多万元，不仅将3.5米宽的水泥路面拓宽到5.5米，还延长修建村级公路2.5公里，村里的交通面貌得到了有效改善。</p><section style='text-align: center;text-indent: 0em;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></section><p style='margin-right: auto;
