font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.75; font-family: 思源黑体; letter-spacing: 1px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 15px;">4月2号是这个案件第一次庭审，双方各执一词，争锋相对，互不相让，火药味十足。案件的审查并不复杂，根据查明的事实完全可以当庭宣判。但刘法官深知在家事案件中只有将父母之间的对立情绪降到最低点才能真正最大化的保护未成年子女的利益。群众利益无小事，刘法官决定不当庭宣判，而是将审判工作从庭上延伸至庭外，组织双方进行庭外调解。由于原告方在外地工作，面对面调解极为不便，不仅会增加诉讼成本，还会消磨调解的意愿，于是在征得双方同意后法官通过微信平台进行“云”调解。在此后的数天中，刘法官通过微信和电话一次次“斡旋”，最终促使双方消除分歧，达成调解协议。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 365editor" style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;"><section style="margin-right: 2%;
