min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>段云来指出，县十七届人大常委会任期的五年，是我县脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利、经济社会发展明显提升、民生事业得到有效改善的五年，也是常委会凝心聚力、奋发有为、不辱使命的五年。五年来，县十七届人大常委会在县委的坚强领导和市人大常委会的有力指导下，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，认真学习贯彻习近平总书记关于坚持和完善人民代表大会制度的重要思想，始终坚持党的领导，牢牢把握人大工作方向；强化责任担当，认真履行人大监督职能；紧贴法治建设，稳步推进依法治县进程；优化服务保障，不断激发代表履职活力；坚持固本强基，全面提高自身建设水平；各项工作取得了新成效。五年来，组织视察、调研87项，听取和审议专项工作报告88 项，作出决定、决议、批复 82项，办理代表建议281件，依法办理人事任免190人次，全面完成了本届人大常委会各项工作任务。</p><p style='max-width: 100%;
