#000000;'>针对部分精品橘园受冻严重的情况，该县通过下发文件、召开动员会等方式让更多橘农了解柑橘产业发展扶持政策，并于2021年春季完成精品橘园重新申报工作。南丰县有关负责人告诉中国城市报记者，扶持举措主要聚焦在提升精品橘园基础设施、改良土壤、绿色防控病虫害、改造树体、增施有机肥等方面。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>目前，南丰县共申报建设精品橘园62个，面积21704亩，其中包括2020年考核合格的精品橘园30个，新增申报20个，冻后重建橘园12个。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>蜜橘精品园与粗放式的蜜橘生产地相比，显现出哪些优势？<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>中国城市报记者了解到，位于南丰县市山镇贯巢村的南丰黄氏后裔蜜橘精品园，以前采取的是粗放式管理模式，蜜橘品质有待提高；自2016年开始打造蜜橘精品园，采取水肥一体化等管理方式，蜜橘品质得到了很大提升。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>南丰黄氏后裔蜜橘精品园园主黄惠明介绍：“2021年，精品园的南丰蜜橘产量达5.5万公斤，产值突破17万元。园子以红土壤为主，该土壤很适宜种植南丰蜜橘品种。我们还采取了生态管理模式，用有机肥替代化肥，不断改良土壤，实现了蜜橘增产，让乡亲的腰包也鼓了起来。”<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>此外，推进灾毁橘园恢复种植也是南丰县柑橘冻后恢复工作的重点之一。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>南丰县采取集中育苗及统一管理、标准化育苗的方式在东坪苗木繁育基地繁育苗木，向全县供应各品种无病毒苗木65.4万株；部分精品园从四川省、浙江省等有资质的苗木基地购进各类柑橘苗木；橘农从其他渠道购进柑橘苗木，使得南丰县灾毁橘园恢复种植近4万亩。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: #000000;'>“南丰县蜜橘产业发展中心将推进技术标准化，对蜜橘精品园进行技术指导，大力推广起垄、改土、宽行窄株模式。”南丰县政府相关工作人员介绍，“到2026年，南丰县柑橘种植面积将由冻后35万亩左右恢复并稳定在50万亩左右；高标准建设标准示范园100个，面积2万亩以上；加快一二三产业融合，力争精深加工能力达到总产量10%以上，实现经济效益、生态效益、社会效益良性发展。”</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section #000000;'>日前，在南丰县东坪乡金秋砂糖橘产业小镇发布会上，江西奔象农业发展有限公司总经理熊友国谈道：“公司将在这里推广安全无病毒的苗木以及配套栽培技术、创新销售模式。希望能联农带农，发动广大中小种植户积极参与，并通过助农外销柑橘，将东坪乡打造成蜜橘产业结构调整的样板地。”<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>中国城市报记者了解到，东坪乡计划在“十四五”期间，以“1个龙头企业(奔象果业)+1个党建合作社+1个行业协会(南丰县第一个蜜橘乡镇分会)+N个种植户”的组织形式率先在南丰县打造金秋砂糖橘小镇，将全乡的柑橘种植调整为以1万亩金秋砂糖橘为主导的蜜橘产业结构，为南丰县调整蜜橘产业结构先行先试。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>同时，东坪乡还将通过“公司+合作社+农户”方式，带动周边种植户实现1万亩橘园品种改良，预计经济效益可达1亿元以上。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #000000;'>为了提升蜜橘产业发展的动能，南丰县将加强同中国农科院、华中农大、中国柑橘研究所等科研院所合作交流，加大科研投入，全方位开展新品种、新技术、新模式等关键技术科研攻关，提升柑橘产业科技创新能力。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: 16px;'>南丰蜜橘不仅在国内畅销，还远销东南亚、欧美等40多个国家和地区。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: #000000;font-size: 16px;'>在南丰鸿远果业有限公司的生产车间，蜜橘分拣机飞快运转，工人们正有序地挑选、包装和搬运橘子。江西省鸿远果业股份有限公司负责人说，公司已经顺利出口首批南丰蜜橘至菲律宾、泰国等东南亚国家，“受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，我们的订单比往年有所下降，但是2021年的橘子价格比往年有所提升，现在已经进入了蜜橘发货的高峰期，订单也再慢慢地回暖。”<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: #000000;font-size: 16px;'>据介绍，早在2021年1月23日，22吨南丰蜜橘历时73天远渡重洋抵运美国纽约，这是我国鲜食柑橘获美国准入后，南丰县首批抵美的宽皮橘类水果，标志着南丰蜜橘正式打开了美国市场。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: #000000;font-size: 16px;'>承担此次蜜橘出口任务的是江西鸿远果业股份有限公司。为了使南丰蜜橘能够顺利出口美国，打开美国市场，公司严格按照欧盟质量管理标准，采用企业自行研制的次氯酸对产品消杀，同时对生产全过程实施科学化、规范化管理，确保产品健康安全。<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: #000000;font-size: 16px;'>“经过十年的谈判，南丰蜜橘终于成功出口美国。在海关总署、各级政府的关心支持下，我们的柑橘生产提前五年坚持欧盟标准。当接到这个项目时，我们倍感压力的同时也非常开心，因为这是我国第一柜出口美国的柑橘。”江西鸿远果业股份有限公司总经理王鸿斌说。<br></span></p><p
