16px;'>叶峰强调，2022年是党的二十大召开之年，是跨入第二个百年奋斗目标的第一年，也是我县跨越赶超、出新出彩的关键之年。要提高政治站位，在思想上破冰。对照习近平总书记提出的“三新一高”理念，不断提高政治领悟力、政治判断力、政治执行力，深刻反思近年来我们主要经济指标、工业发展长期低位徘徊的深层次原因，主动破除扫黑除恶后对我们的政治环境、营商环境造成不良影响，充分发挥我县区位优越、禀赋深厚优势，积极对接粤港澳大湾区，力争把南丰打造成对接闽三角、粤港澳大湾区的“桥头堡”和向莆经济产业带上的“排头兵”。要增强政治担当，在发展上破局。在奋进突破年以小步快跑跑出加速度，紧紧咬住全省高质量发展的队伍，以“上下同欲者胜，风雨同舟者兴”的决心，完成每一项工作任务和职责使命。</span><br></section><section 16px;'>叶峰强调，要增强政治自觉，在工作上破壁。把学党史悟原理办实事落实到我们工作实践中去，坚决做好本职工作，落实好县委县政府的决策意图，以问题为导向破除工作上的壁垒。要增强政治本领，在改革上破题。改革是发展的关键一招，是实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键之举，要通过改革方式来引领新的发展路径，深入推进“五试一改”，确保用改革红利谋民生之福。要提高政治要求，在创新上破格。充分用好科技创新这个发展内核，借助科技创新助推器，在高质量发展道路上实现换道超车。按照新时代新要求创新管理干部，牢固树立正确用人导向，用活用好想干事、能干事、善谋事、能成事、敢担事的人才。要增强政治自律，对顽瘴痼疾绝不破例。深入推进市委“八扬八治”深化作风建设活动，常态化开展干部作风“六不准”督查检查，坚持严的主基调，对顽瘴痼疾绝不破例、绝不容忍，将党员干部思想灰尘清理干净，涤荡思想尘埃，全力打造一支对党忠诚干净担当的队伍。</span></section><section 16px;'>张沥泉指出，2021年，全县上下凝心聚力谱新篇，顺利实现“十四五”规划开新局。全县上下坚持以打好“两大战役”、实施“十项攻坚行动”为主线，统筹推进常态化疫情防控和经济社会发展，扎实做好“六稳”工作、全面落实“六保”任务，工业转型不断优化，发展根基更加稳固；改革开放不断深化，发展动能更加强劲；城乡融合不断强化，发展格局更加协调；生态环境不断净化，发展底色更加亮丽；民生福祉不断变化，发展红利更加丰盈；经济运行呈现总体平稳、稳中有升的持续向好态势。</span></section><section 16px;'>张沥泉强调，2022年是向第二个百年奋斗目标迈进的重要一年，是党的二十大召开之年，也是我县实现赶超跨越的关键一年，做好全年经济工作意义重大。要破浪乘风谋突破，阔步迈向高质量发展新征程。今年全县经济工作的总体要求是：全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届历次全会以及中央经济工作会议精神，深入落实习近平总书记视察江西重要讲话精神和省市党代会精神，弘扬伟大建党精神，坚持稳字当头、稳中求进总基调，牢牢把握“稳住、进好、调优”原则，聚焦“作示范、勇争先”和“五个推进”重要要求，围绕“打造抚州南部中心县城”目标，全力奋进突破年、展现新气象，在产业升级、乡村振兴、项目攻坚、改革开放、生态建设、民生改善上示范争先，推动南丰经济社会高质量跨越式发展，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开。</span></section><section 2em;'>围绕上述要求，综合研判形势，今年经济社会发展的主要预期目标是：地区生产总值增长7%以上，力争达到8%；一般公共预算收入增长5%以上，力争达到5.5%；规模以上工业增加值增长8.5%以上，力争达到9.5%；固定资产投资增长8.5%以上，力争达到12%；社会消费品零售总额增长10%以上，力争达到12%；实际利用外资增长6%左右，城镇、农村居民人均可支配收入分别增长8%、8.5%左右，居民消费价格总水平涨幅3%左右，节能减排降碳完成上级下达任务。</span><br></section><section 2em;'>张沥泉强调，围绕上述目标，我们重点要做好以下六方面工作：一要坚持扩大内需、守牢底线，稳住高质量发展大盘；二要坚持创新驱动、转型升级，强化高质量发展支撑；三要坚持城乡融合、协调并进，优化高质量发展格局；四要坚持生态优先、绿色低碳，厚植高质量发展优势；五要坚持深化改革、扩大开放，增强高质量发展活力；六要坚持以人为本、人民至上，共享高质量发展成果。</span><br></section><section
