outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; border-top: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><p style="vertical-align:inherit;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">日前，经中共抚州市委批准，抚州市纪委市监委对资溪县政协原副主席、原县粮食局局长付国平严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。</span></p><p style="vertical-align:inherit;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">经查，付国平丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，纪法意识淡薄，靠粮吃粮，监守自盗，影响粮食安全，破坏地方粮食系统政治生态，对党不忠诚不老实，对抗组织审查；无视中央八项规定精神，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请，违规公款接待；不如实报告配偶投资企业情况，在干部选拔任用工作中为他人谋取利益并收受财物；利用职务影响违规从事营利活动；对单位违规挤占下属企业资金问题负有主要领导责任，对单位违规出租拆迁安置房问题负有直接责任；利用职务上的便利，伙同他人或单独侵吞公款，在人事调整方面为他人谋取利益并收受财物。</span></p><p style="vertical-align:inherit;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">付国平严重违反党的政治纪律、中央八项规定精神、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、工作纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌贪污、受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大、十九大后不知止、不收敛、不收手，性质恶劣，情节严重，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中共抚州市纪委常委会会议研究并报中共抚州市委批准，决定给予付国平开除党籍处分；由抚州市监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section style="outline: 0px;
