text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>张沥泉要求，项目建设上务必要责任落实到位。全县各级各部门要紧紧围绕“作示范、勇争先”目标要求，进一步深化项目建设认识，牢固树立勇争一流的创先意识，切实增强推进重大项目落地落实的使命感、责任感和紧迫感，守好安全和质量两条底线，以“一日无为、三日难安”的进取姿态，加压奋进、主动作为，确保项目按照序时进度早建成、早投产、早见效。项目突破上务必要奋力攻坚到位。要在项目谋划上再聚焦、在项目招引上再鼓劲、在营商环境上再优化，紧紧围绕民生福祉和产业发展，聚焦电子信息和绿色食品“双主导”首位产业，紧盯国家、省、市投资导向和产业政策，大力实施营商环境优化升级“一号改革工程”，推动重大项目接续不断、新增长点持续涌现，在“十四五”期间抢占制高点、把握主动权。项目管理上务必要督促指导到位。要做好调度协调工作，凝聚工作合力，找准难点堵点，及时发现、解决问题。要落实项目进度常态化通报制度，实行一月一通报。要落实督查考核机制，把重点项目建设纳入重点督查任务，经常性督促指导。要把推进项目建设作为绩效考核的重要内容，持续加大考核权重，充分发挥绩效考核的“指标棒”作用。要以实干快干推动重大项目建设，把责任扛起来、把干劲鼓起来，奋力谱写我县高质量发展的新篇章。</p><p style='text-align: center;margin-bottom: 0em;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>据了解，本次集中开工重大项目共19个，总投资106.9亿元，涵盖了产业升级、基础设施和公共服务等多个领域，今年预计完成投资33.2亿元；其中产业升级领域项目8个，总投资96.3亿元；基础设施领域项目5个，总投资4.1亿元；公共服务项目6个，总投资6.6亿元。这些项目的开工建设，将为我县优化经济结构、完善公务服务体系、促进经济稳定增长提供有力保障。</p><p style='max-width: 100%;
