1.5px;'>南丰法院受理该案后，因被告人黄某在本次交通事故中头部受伤严重，委托江西精神病学司法鉴定所对黄某有无精神疾病及诉讼能力进行鉴定，经鉴定黄某患有（重度）器质性智能损害，评定为目前无受审能力（刑事诉讼能力）。南丰法院于2021年9月27日中止审理，案件在中止审理6个月后，被告人黄某近亲属同意恢复审理。为防止刑事诉讼过分迟延，本院在充分考虑保障被告人黄某的权利下，通知了法律援助中心机构指派律师出庭，同时因为疫情原因，采取了云庭审的方式让黄某的近亲属参与庭审，对该案进行了缺席审判。</span></p></section><section
