outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'></span>会上，县委副书记、县长张沥泉代表县人民政府作《政府工作报告》。张沥泉说，2022年，是党的二十大胜利召开的喜庆之年，也是奋力迈向第二个百年奋斗目标的关键之年。面对严峻复杂的发展环境、历史极值的干旱天气和突如其来的新冠疫情，全县上下认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署和省委、省政府、市委、市政府、县委工作要求，高效统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展，扎实做好稳增长、防风险、保稳定、惠民生各项工作，经济社会发展取得明显成效，主要经济指标实现逆势上扬，预计全省排名大幅进位，摆脱在全市排名靠后局面，财政总收入完成15.58亿元，增长7.1%；预计地区生产总值增长5.8%；规模以上工业增加值增长8.5%；固定资产投资增长8.8%；社会消费品零售总额增长5.5%；城镇、农村居民人均可支配收入分别达41618元、29264元，分别增长5.5%、6.5%，农村居民人均可支配收入连续13年稳居全省第一。成功列入国家蜂产业发展示范县，被命名为江西省卫生县，先后荣获部省共建江西绿色有机农产品基地试点省县级先行标杆、全省深化小型水库管理体制改革达标县等称号。县级财政管理绩效综合评价工作列全省第8、全国前200。南丰创贷“1+N”助力乡村振兴项目荣获第二届公共就业服务专项业务全国总决赛“优秀就业服务项目”三等奖，三溪乡石邮村入选全国非遗与旅游村寨。</section><section style='margin-bottom: 8px; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>经济社会发展主要预期目标是：地区生产总值增长7%以上；一般公共预算收入增长3%左右；固定资产投资增长10%以上；规模以上工业增加值增长9%以上；社会消费品零售总额增长9%以上；出口总额稳中提质，实际利用外资稳中有进；城镇、农村居民人均可支配收入增长7.5%左右、7%左右；居民消费价格总水平涨幅3%左右；节能减排完成上级下达任务。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;
