style='font-size:18px;'><strong>招生工作方案</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>为切实做好2024年秋季城区公办幼儿园招生工作，促进教育公平，根据《中共中央国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展的若干意见》《幼儿园管理条例》《幼儿园工作规程》《关于做好2024年全省幼儿园招生工作的通知》（赣教基字〔2024〕22号)等文件精神，结合南丰县城区公办园实际学位情况，特制定本方案：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>一、招生原则</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>严格规范城区公办幼儿园招生工作程序，建立和完善招生工作公示、咨询和社会监督等工作机制，坚持公平、公正、公开，采用自主招生+电脑派位，实行阳光招生的原则。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>二、招生对象</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>县幼儿园、县第二幼儿园、县第三幼儿园（新园区在登高小学斜对面）、县第四幼儿园（机关幼儿园）。小班招收符合招生条件且年满3周岁（2020年9月1日—2021年8月31日出生）的适龄幼儿，县第三幼儿园中班（2019年9月1日—2020年8月31日出生）、大班（2018年9月1日—2019年8月31日出生）招生。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>三、招生计划</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>根据城区四所公办幼儿园的办园规模，确定各幼儿园招生计划如下：县幼儿园小班240人；第二幼儿园小班240人；县第四幼儿园（机关幼儿园）小班120人；县第三幼儿园小班330人、中班164人（原幼儿转回76人）、大班135人（原幼儿转回75人），以上招生计划均含教育优待生。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>县第三幼儿园现小班、中班的幼儿按照家长自愿的原则转入县第三幼儿园新园区中班、大班就读（新园区在登高小学斜对面），选择留在现就读幼儿园的幼儿按照相应园所收取保教费。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>四、招生条件</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>1.城区户籍户。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>具有城区户籍（户籍由琴城镇派出所管理）的适龄幼儿（法定监护人须与适龄幼儿在同一户籍，迁入时间一年以上）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>2.城区购房户。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>法定监护人在县城购房的非县城户籍适龄幼儿（祖辈房产不作为入园预报名依据）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证和下列三类佐证材料之一。一是房屋所有权证或不动产权证书；二是因房产抵押或其他原因暂时不能提供产权证原件的，由自然资源局出具产权证明或在赣服通查询的电子不动产登记信息查询结果单；三是已交房但暂未取得房产证的需提供住建部门备案的购房合同、购房正式发票、契税发票。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>3.工作调动户。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>适龄幼儿法定监护人为县外调（考）入城区行政事业单位在编在职人员（注：适龄幼儿必须为县外户籍）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证，监护人单位证明、人社部门出具的工作介绍信（或政府抄告单）、加盖单位行政公章的工资AB卡复印件等。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>4.教育优待户。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>现役军人和烈士子女按照江西省教育厅、江西省军区政治部《关于印发〈江西省军人子女教育优待实施办法〉的通知》（政联〔2012〕8号），统一由县人武部等相关单位登记、核实；工业园区规模以上企业法人代表子女和孙辈统一由工业园区管委会登记、核实；因城区征地拆迁的特定区域户籍户，按照县人民政府相关会议纪要，统一由村委会登记、核实；县委、县政府引进的高层次人才子女按照《南丰县人才子女入学实施细则》实施，统一由县委组织部登记、核实；符合以上条件的家长到相关部门登记，根据相关政策文件落实。登记时间：2024年7月29日8时-8月2日17时，逾期不予受理。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证；投资相关证明材料（包括《营业执照》《章程》《合作协议》、注册资金证明）；军烈属证明、高层次人才证明或其它有效证件等。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>五、招生办法</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>（一）县幼儿园、县第二幼儿园、县第三幼儿园、县第四幼儿园（机关幼儿园）。根据招生计划数，招收符合城区招生条件的适龄幼儿，报名合格人数未超过招生计划数，直接录取，空余学位从其它城区公办幼儿园落选名单中继续通过电脑派位方式录取；报名合格人数超过招生计划数，通过电脑派位方式录取。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>（二）县第四幼儿园为机关幼儿园。小班50%的名额招收符合城区招生条件的县行政事业单位在编在职工作人员子女，网上报名合格人数未超过招生计划数，直接录取，空余学位从其它城区公办幼儿园落选公职人员中继续通过电脑派位方式录取；报名合格人数超过招生计划数，通过电脑派位方式录取，报名时需要上传县行政事业单位在编在岗工作证明。50%的名额面向社会招生，报名合格人数未超过招生计划数，直接录取；报名合格人数超过招生计划数，通过电脑派位方式录取。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>六、招生流程</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>1.信息采集。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>7月29日8时--8月2日17时，适龄幼儿家长登陆“南丰县教育体育局”微信公众号（微信号：nfxedu）右下角微互动报名入口进行报名登记，按提示填写信息并上传相关佐证材料，完成网上登记报名，报名时间截止到8月2日17时，系统自动关闭不再受理。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>2.资格审核。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>8月3日--8月7日，各园对网上报名登记的信息进行逐一核实，对信息填写、资料上传不全面、年龄不达标、重复报名等不符合规定的幼儿不予通过。在此期间，家长可进入报名链接查看审核结果。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>3.名单公示。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>8月8日，县招生工作领导小组办公室对资料初审合格名单进行汇总、编号，并在南丰县教育体育局微信公众号公示。公示期间如有异议，在8月14日凭户口簿、房产证等相关证明材料到报名幼儿园现场确认。（预报名县第三幼儿园需现场确认的请在县幼儿园进行现场确认）</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>4.电脑派位。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>8月15日，电脑派位由县招生工作领导小组办公室组织，邀请县人大代表、政协委员、纪检监察、家长代表（从公示名单幼儿家长中随机抽取）、新闻媒体等人员现场参与，公证员进行现场公证，由家长代表具体操作。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>5.公示结果。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>8月15日，根据电脑派位结果，确定拟录名单，并在南丰县教育体育局公众号上进行公示，接受社会监督。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>6.预录审验。</span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>公示无异议的电脑派位入园名单进行最后审定，请幼儿家长于8月26日--8月27日持幼儿出生医学证明、预防接种证、户口簿、产权证等原件（不需要复印），到报名幼儿园现场进行资格审核，审核通过后可正式入园。逾期未提供材料，视为自动放弃报名资格。（预报名县第三幼儿园的幼儿家长请在县幼儿园进行现场资格审核）</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>七、收费标准</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>南丰县幼儿园保教费500元/每月；南丰县第二幼儿园保教费400元/每月；南丰县第三、第四幼儿园保教费300元/每月。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>八、工作要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>1.城区幼儿园招生在县招生工作领导小组监督指导下工作，相关工作人员必须严格遵守法律法规，执行招生政策，严守招生纪律，严禁徇私舞弊、弄虚作假，接受社会监督。对违反法律法规、政策、纪律的人员，依法依规追究责任。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>2.各招生工作领导小组成员单位要按照县委县政府《关于成立南丰县学校招生工作领导小组的通知》的职责分工，各负其责、各司其职，形成部门合力，积极配合县教体局做好招生宣传、信息采集、资格审验工作，确保提供的户籍、房产（购房合同）、不动产等证明材料的真实有效。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>3.城区四所公办幼儿园要成立招生工作小组，园长为第一责任人，负责幼儿园招生政策宣传、解释、审核、公示等工作。扎实做好城区公办幼儿园新生入园工作，确保招生秩序平稳、社会稳定。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>4.网上报名个人信息必须全面而准确，且遵守诚信原则。所有入学证明材料均由相关职能部门配合幼儿园进行严格审验，严厉打击利用虚假、伪造证件骗取城区入学资格的行为；严厉打击为城区入园提供虚假证件、扰乱正常办学秩序的行为，虚假、伪造证件一经查实，一律取消该生公办园入园资格，并向公安机关反馈。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>九、补充事项</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>1.方案中的房产是指适龄幼儿或法定监护人在城区范围内购房，当二人或多人共有一套房产时，只有其中一位产权人的子女拥有入园资格，并且其产权份额比例不低于50%（夫妻双方产权可累加计算）。适龄幼儿及法定监护人购买商业用房、公寓、商铺、车库不作为入园依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>2.县城棚户区改造涉及到的拆迁居民户的子女入园资格参照“城区购房户”条件进行登记，选择政府回迁房的，需复印原房产证加盖棚户区改造指挥部公章，或提供房屋征收补偿安置协议书、房屋预征补偿款结算单等相关材料作为入园依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>3.方案中房屋产权以《不动产权证书》《房产证》、赣服通查询的电子《不动产登记信息查询结果单》、房管部门备案的购房合同（实际入住）为准，其他购房协议、房产公证等证明材料均不作为适龄幼儿入园依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>4.网上预报名时，只能选择一所幼儿园，如多报，将取消电脑派位资格；登记时家长须认真填写信息，选报的园所及适龄幼儿身份证号一经提交，则不能更改。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>5.双胞胎（多胞胎）参加幼儿园电脑派位方式为“一号派位，同园录取”。网上报名申请必须共用同一个报名编号并备注双胞胎或多胞胎信息，多报将取消录取资格；一旦中选，经审核后办理同园入读手续。若电脑派位中出现双胞胎（多胞胎），学位依次下排，直至录满计划名额。若最后一名为双胞胎（多胞胎），将按胎数生成对应学位。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>6.网上信息采集时，未按规定时间登记信息、提交审核材料（或提交审核材料不全）的，视为自动放弃电脑派位资格。电脑派位中选者仅限幼儿本人入园，不得转让，否则视为自动放弃录取资格。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span
