style="font-size:16px;">3.正式启动收费时间</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">4.收费标准</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">采取分区域分时段累计计费方式，收费标准如下：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">一类区域：</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;"></span><span style="font-size:16px;">1.对执行公务的军车、警车、消防车、救护车、救灾抢险车、市政设施维护维修车、环卫作业车、殡葬车等车辆和已办理车牌证、驾驶证的残障人专用机动车免收停车费。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: style="font-size:16px;">1.自行车、二轮摩托车和三轮摩托车、电动自行车应在人行道内划设的专用车位有序停放，不得停放在城区道路停车泊位上。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">2.严禁装载易燃、易爆、剧毒、放射性等危险物品的机动车在城区道路停车泊位上停放。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">3.驾驶人须将车辆按顺行方向有序停入道路停车泊位内，并在驾车驶离泊位前自觉按收费公示牌提示的既定停车收费标准缴纳当次停车费，不得损坏停车场设施、设备。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;text-indent:
