style='text-align:justify;line-height: 37px;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">根据市教体局《关于做好抚州市2025年中小学教师资格定期注册有关工作的通知》精神，为切实做好2025年教师资格注册工作，现将有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><strong><span leaf="">一、注册对象</span></strong></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">1.全县公办普通中小学、幼儿园在编在岗教师（不含公办中等职业学校、特殊教育机构、成人初等中等教育机构、其他教育机构和民办学校教师），同时符合以下条件之一者：2020年首次注册合格（距上次定期注册合格已满5年）；2024年新入职试用期满且考核合格的教师（服务期内的特岗、三支一扶、编外合同制教师除外）；服务期满已入编未注册的特岗、三支一扶教师；此前的注册结论为“暂缓注册”，现已达到注册合格条件。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">2.已进行首次注册，由于任教学校或岗位调整，现不属于注册范围的，不再进行注册，其教师资格证书仍然有效。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><strong><span leaf="">二、2025年教师资格定期注册计划</span></strong></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">（一）</span><strong><span leaf="">申请人（教师本人）网报阶段</span></strong></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">时间：2025年9月11日—9月23日；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">申请人网上报名，网上申报网址http://www.jszg.edu.cn；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">申请人网报成功后根据学校安排和要求于9月23日前将纸质材料交学校审核。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">（二）</span><strong><span leaf="">现场确认工作阶段</span></strong></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">时间：2025年9月24日——10月24日</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">各学校对本校应参加注册教师进行资格审查，在本阶段截止时间内审核和更正本校教师的网报数据提交教育主管部门审核，同时收集和审核本校教师的申请材料，10月23日前各学校统一将材料交南丰县教育体育局人事股（513室）进行现场确认。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><strong><span leaf="">三、初审工作安排及须提交的材料</span></strong></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">申报信息提交成功后学校审核原件，收集复印件进行现场确认，在规定时间范围内统一交由南丰县教育体育局人事股审核，审核通过后由学校进行公示。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">（一）初审时间：2025年9月24日——10月24日</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">（二）申报人须提交的材料：</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">1.申报人《教师资格证书》原件、复印件；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">2.申报人第二代身份证原件、复印件；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">3.《教师资格定期注册申请表》（网上打印）一式两份；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">4.《抚州市南丰县中小学教师资格定期注册教师有关情况证明》（附件2）；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">5.教师聘用合同；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">6.近5年（新教师不少于1年）年度考核表、师德考核情况登记表；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">7.培训周期合格证书（</span><span style='color: black;'><span leaf="">退休前最后一个培训周期，对培训学分不作要求</span></span><span leaf="">）；</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">8.《2025年抚州市中小学教师资格定期注册审核名单》（附件3,A3纸打印)</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><span leaf="">除材料8外，以上材料统一用A4纸打印、复印，签盖印章，并按提交顺序排放。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;'><strong><span leaf="">四、省市复审工作安排</span></strong></p><p
