word-break: break-all !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>在南丰县东坪乡下堡村，驻村第一书记简俊正在贫困户曾米秀的烟田里，关切地询问她家今年烟叶长势情况。烟叶种植是下堡村大力发展的一项特色产业，也是富民产业。今年年初，贫困户曾米秀向村里提出想要承包20亩高标准农田种植烟叶的想法，但由于丈夫过世，两个女儿尚在读书，家里缺资金和劳动力，让她一筹莫展。</span><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);text-indent: 2em;'>经过驻村工作队和村两委协商，决定在村里挑选出20亩优质成片农田承包给曾米秀，并通过金融扶贫政策为她申请“小额信贷”5万元用于购买化肥和种子，同时，邀请烟技员提供种植技术指导，让曾米秀的种烟想法得以实现。</span></p><section style='text-align: center;text-indent: 0em;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></section><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>为了让更多的贫困户能通过产业发展脱贫增收，简俊一边遍访贫困户，转变他们“等靠要”的思想；一边积极与南丰当地各企业对接洽谈，寻求合作。经过与江丰蔬菜食品厂多次洽谈，最终促成该企业与下堡村六户贫困户签订帮扶合同，发展芥菜种植。由企业提供种植技术和种子，在今年7月试种成功后，将进行规模化种植，并根据贫困户意愿，自由交易，进一步拓宽了贫困户的增收渠道。</span><span style='text-align: center;text-indent: 0em;'></span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
