justify;'>有数学教学经验老师悉知，文科生数学都偏差，教起来真费劲，且教小零班，压力山大！而彭凤英老师女汉子般的性格，凤，风也，风一样的速度；数学老师的风格，做事雷厉风行，速度快、效率高，速战速决。然而在教书育人上，她又秉承着春风化雨般的理念，谆谆教诲，循循善诱。她让难题于生动浅显的讲述、工整美观的板书中被水到渠成地攻克，在这一过程中，彭老师鼓励同学们自己多思考，多探求，不愤不启，不悱不发。当题目在师生合力下迎刃而解，同学们心中不由涌出一股成就感，台上台下都开心地笑了，课堂气氛因此更加和谐轻松。</span></span></p><p 14px;'>对于一道题，您有多种解法乃至最优解；对于一个知识点，您能构建出完整的知识体系，形成一种模式；对于一种题型，您教给我们独特而高效的解题技巧。“高山仰止，景行行止”，在专业学科领域，您是一座合格的崇山，指引着我们跋涉数学，不断前进。”这是同学们由衷地、毫不吝啬地对她们彭老师的至高礼赞！</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>正因为有了师生们的共同努力，高三（12）班的数学成绩及各科成绩都有了质的飞跃。刚刚文理分科2018年6月高一第一次七校联考，数学平均分才90.7，最高分125，联考最高名次第十一；2018年4月份高一第一次六校联考排名最高第十四名；而2019年一月份高二第二次七校联考数学平均分112.4，数学最高分148，联考排名前十名有两位：陈欣若、周宇彤。2019年4月高二第二次六校联考前十名两位，并列第六名，又是周宇彤、陈欣若两位“男女双璧”，且前五十名占16位，近三分之一的名额。2020年高三多次联考中，12班同学再接再厉，成绩斐然！2020高考12班学生创了27人一本，62人二本的优异成绩。数学平均分118分，有3名学生140分以上。</span></p><p style='text-align: center;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>用心向上宽严并济</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>“以爱动其心，以严导其行”。身为班主任的彭老师，有着暖日和风般的柔软与温馨，当刮风下雨天，她会特意叮嘱学生们的冷暖；当学生有心理上的压力，学习中的困惑，生活中的烦恼时，她会给予无微不至地关怀；当女生畏惧抽血时，紧握她的肩膀，帮她遮住双眼加以安慰的细心，足以证明不是母亲却胜似母亲般的温柔。这就是事无巨细、体贴入微的“彭妈妈”。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>2020年初，一场突如其来的疫情，让高三学生无法返校正常上课，只能网上学习。这期间彭老师心急如焚，生怕耽误学生的功课，每次上网课，因不便正常交流，为了照顾班上所有同学，有的知识点和题目要反复讲好几遍，不厌其烦，耐心讲解，直到大家都弄懂为止，以致网课上同学们经常听到的是彭老师沙哑的声音。网络毕竟有距离，为了了解学生们在家学习的真实状况，彭凤英老师经常电话询问家长孩子的学习和日常生活，有时甚至亲自登门家访。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>期间有位叫平晨欣的聪明女孩，平时成绩都是前十名左右，但两个月网课，因手机诱惑力太大，自制力太弱，陷入网络“温柔乡”，浑浑噩噩，流连于游戏，荒废了学业，开学考试考得一塌糊涂。“你以后要和手机过一辈子吗”？</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>平晨欣摇了摇头。“不，你以后就是要和手机过一辈子，当今时代，我们每个人都会和手机相伴一生，你要学会的是如何处理它和现实的关系，它只是一种工具，为你的人生添彩，而不应是你的‘鸦片’，腐蚀你的精神，摧毁你的意志，荒废你的前途！老师相信你一定能把控自我，东山再起，你有什么理由不相信自己！”彭老师言语之真切，神情之动容，无不打动平晨欣同学封尘已久的激情。彭老师，像春日里的一缕煦风，似深渊处的一只臂膀，如黑暗中的一束明光，吹去平晨欣同学心头的阴霾，把她拽出深渊，领向光明……2020年平晨欣同学高考总分607分。</span></p><p sans-serif;'><strong>三年坚守只为更好</strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>2014年调回南丰一中工作时，彭凤英老师的女儿还是个四岁的垂髫孩童，一晃六年过去，年级同事们一天天看着她女儿长大，而今已是一位亭亭玉立读四年级的小姑娘。因家中没人帮带，孩子总是白天夜晚，风中雨里跟着妈妈来上班。同事们都戏谑说：“璇子，干脆直接上高中，坐你妈妈班上课得了。”孩子十分懂事，特别是晚自习，小璇子总是在办公室一隅乖巧、安静地看书做作业。而一旁的妈妈不是找这位同学谈心，就是为那位同学讲解数学难题，忙得不可开交。小璇子从不吵闹要妈妈陪伴，要回家，在孩子心中，深深感受到“妈妈不仅是一位好妈妈，更是一位尽责的好老师！”舍己孩儿，为人之孩儿，这不是残酷，而是师者大爱！三年里，一千多个日夜，彭老师每天晚上9点之前几乎都在办公室帮助学生释疑解答。可以说，正是三年如一日的坚守与陪伴才换来了今天的累累硕果。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 14px;'>彭凤英老师在一中执教六年来，虽未荣膺丰厚的奖项，也未担任重要的职务，但作为一名平凡的教师，学生对她的敬爱，家长对她的感恩，同事对她的赞许，领导对她的认可，正是一枚枚无字的勋章，造就了平凡岗位上的不平凡，她是当之无愧的“无冕之王”！</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span
