YaHei;'>法定监护人或适龄儿童在学区范围内购房(2021年8月31日前交房)。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证和下列三类佐证材料之一。一是房屋所有权证或不动产权证书；二是因房产抵押或其他原因暂时不能提供产权证原件的，由不动产登记局出具产权证明；三是已交房但暂未取得房产证的需提供住建部门备案的购房合同、购房正式发票、契税发票（交房时间以购房备案合同交房时间为准）。</span></p><p YaHei;'>适龄儿童法定监护人为县外调（考）入城区行政事业单位及国有企业单位的正式职工，按用工单位所在区域就近安排。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证，监护人单位证明、人社部门出具的工作介绍信（或政府抄告单）、加盖单位公章的工资AB卡复印件等，适龄儿童或法定监护人符合城区户籍或城区购房入学条件的，优先以户籍、房产为准。</span></p><p style='text-indent: YaHei;'>适龄儿童法定监护人在城区商铺经商满一周年以上（2020年8月31日以前颁发的营业执照）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证，市场监督管理部门颁发的营业执照正副本、相应的租赁合同及租赁商铺产权、缴纳租金等相关材料。无实体商铺的网店或在小区内（住宅、车库）经商户子女不予安排。在城区经商的，还需由学校不定期到现场核实其经商地点和经营项目的真实性，并经2人以上人员签字确认。</span></p><p YaHei;'>适龄儿童法定监护人在城区注册登记的企业务工满两周年以上（2019年8月31日以前），按用工单位所在区域就近安排。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、预防接种证，监护人与企业签订的符合相关规定的劳动合同、银行工资流水、企业为员工缴纳一周年以上（2020年8月31日以前）的社会养老保险金证明材料（县级社保部门出具）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: YaHei;'>3.法定监护人有两个及以上子女，符合2021年城区小学入学条件但不在同一学校就读，家长可于7月1日前向现学校提出转学申请，只能转入到符合入学条件的学校，并提供佐证材料，学校汇总后交招生工作领导小组视学位情况统一调剂，集中办理转学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>4.适龄儿童的法定监护人是廉租房、公租房的承租人，且该儿童户籍与法定监护人在同一户籍，可凭租房合同、户口簿、出生证、预防接种证按学区范围安排入学。若租房合同逾期，由住房保障管理所盖章确认。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>5.正式落户于南丰工业园区的工业企业，法人代表子女和孙辈视实际居住地就近安排入学；企业占股5%以上的股东、副总经理以上的高管子女，视实际居住地就近安排入学（企业高管需提供半年以上，每月六千元以上的银行工资流水）；外县户籍技术工人子女按企业所在地就近安排就读。企业应遵守诚信原则，据实提供入学资料，凡出具虚假资料，一经查出就列入诚信黑名单，以后不再安排该企业适龄儿童在城区小学就读。入学资料统一由企业报园区管委会初审，初审合格名单由园区管委会汇总交招生工作领导小组统筹安排。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>6.方案中的房产是指适龄儿童或法定监护人在学区范围内购房且产权100%，其余房产（含祖辈）一律不作为适龄儿童入学依据。当二人或多人共有一套房产时，只安排其中一位产权人的子女入学，并且其产权份额比例不低于50%。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>7.县城棚户区改造涉及到的拆迁居民户的子女新生入学资格参照“城区购房户”条件进行登记，选择政府回迁房的，由棚户区改造指挥部提供证明，或提供房屋征收补偿安置协议书、房屋预征补偿款结算单，或提供“选房确定书”作为入学依据。选择货币补偿的只安置2020年1月至2021年8月拆迁居民户子女新生入学，2020年前选择货币补偿的拆迁户不再纳入招生范围。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>8.适龄儿童法定监护人购买商铺、车库不作为入学依据。购买成套商业房产已取得产权证并实际入住的，视申请入学学生数量、家庭房产数量、实际居住地、入学意愿以及学区学校学位等情况，由招生工作领导小组统筹考虑。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>9.购买且入住返建房及“两违”房，已经取得产权证的划入分校学区范围，没有取得产权证，其余佐证材料均不作为适龄儿童入学依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>10.房屋产权人以《不动产权证书》《房产证》、房管部门备案的购房合同为准，其他购房协议、房产公证等证明材料均不作为适龄儿童入学依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>11.县教育督导室将义务教育阶段学校招生入学工作纳入督导范围，加强对学校招生入学政策落实情况的督导检查。对于造成不良社会影响的违规招生行为，进行重点督查督办。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span
