box-sizing: border-box !important;'>三是抓堡垒建设立标杆。</strong>全县各校党组织严格执行“三会一课”制度、落实“三重一大”决策制度。以创评“模范党支部”为抓手，将党建工作融入校园文化，与教育教学深度融合，打造党建特色品牌，南丰二中、桔都小学列为全市党建工作示范校，子固小学党支部被评为2022年度“全市模范党支部”。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四是抓队伍建设聚合力。</strong>推进“县管校聘”管理体制改革，统筹编制总量，创新人员管理模式，选优配齐师资力量，目前，在编在岗教师2803名，全省统一招聘（含特岗）教师17名，安置定向培养教师54名，接收异地回乡任教老师20名，三支一扶安置6名。实施校长卓越和名师领航计划，激活激发教师队伍活力，建立健全教师培养体系，每年按照不低于7次的频率组织新入职教师、骨干教师开展业务培训，今年以来，开展全县中小学名师工作室创建活动研修、全县幼儿园年轻骨干教师培训班，共培训教师188人次。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section data-style-id="36317" style='outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>一是教育基本投入优先保障。</span></strong><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 19px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>近年来，我县一般公共预算教育支出和在校学生平均一般公共预算教育支出持续增长。实行教师工资与公务员工资联动增长机制，确保义务教育教师平均工资收入水平不低于当地公务员平均工资收入水平。学前教育、小学教育、初中教育、特殊教育、普通高中教育、中等职业教育的生均公用经费标准分别达到600元、670元、870元、6300元、1000元、3000元，均持平或高于省定标准，义务教育学校的生均公用经费做到了逐年增长。不足500 人的农村初中或乡镇中心小学按500人安排公用经费、编外合同制教师工资、中小学教师办学绩效考核资金、中小学教师工会福利等十多项教育事业基本需求支出由县财政预算安排资金予以重点保障。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>二是重点建设项目优先保障。</strong>投入近10亿元新建了南丰一中新校区、嘉禾小学、登高小学、市山小学新校区和第二、第四幼儿园，启动建设醒侬学校、盱江小学和琴湖小学，拥有360个学位的县第四幼儿园和投入6000万元的登高小学也将于今年秋季学期投入使用，极大程度地缓解了城区就学压力，有效解决了“学位难”的问题。<strong style='outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>一是坚持实施五育并举。</span></strong><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 19px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;'>坚持“立德树人、五育并举”，倡导“规范+特色”办学模式，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。开展中小学“晒课表”活动，确保学校开足开齐各项课程。深度挖掘学校潜力，创新劳动课程内容，开辟28个劳动基地，获评全省中小学劳动教育示范区。探索“一校一品”内涵发展，积极开展“一校一品”特色创建活动，6所学校获评全国足球特色学校，2所学校获评全国篮球特色学校，市山中心小学成为第一批省级乡村温馨校园建设典型案例学校，桔都小学“线上读书会”成为全省唯一中央电化教育馆在线教育应用创新典型案例。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>二是坚持落实“双减”政策。</strong>加强作业管理，严控总量、提高质量，着力研究和推广作业优化设计方案。制定实施《南丰县校外培训机构专项治理工作方案》，全县70所校外培训机构，关停15所，其中22所学科类培训机构关停10所，转型为非学科类12所，压减率达100%。在新媒体上开设了“双减”专栏，组建双减家庭教育讲师团队，大力开展全县百场家庭教育进万家教育实践活动。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>三是坚持办好片区联盟。</strong>创新实施管理互通、研训联动、质量同进、五育共融、文化共建的中小学片区联盟建设，推进城乡学校共建共享、共同发展。公办幼儿园实施片区一体化管理，构建了“片区一体、示范引领、优势互补、共建共享”的管理新格局，促进了全县乡镇公办幼儿园提质创优、高质量发展。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四是坚持强化幼教管理。</strong>根据《江西省幼儿园分类定级标准》，定期实行分类定级评估，鼓励创建特色品牌幼儿园。目前，全县有省级示范性幼儿园3所，市一级一类幼儿园13所。<strong style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>五是坚持抓优中等教育。</strong>坚持“引进新理念、新方法，实现新突破”的发展方针，大力促推南丰一中、二中与省内外、市内外名校结成名校联盟。南丰中专被评定为江西省中等职业学校分级标准B档规模，与江西宜春职业技术学院等高职院校合作办学，推进“3+2”办学模式。深化产教融合、校企合作，与县内外18所幼儿园、11个企业建立良好合作关系。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="16111" style='outline: 0px;
