line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">根据《江西省中小学生学籍管理办法》《关于开展全省中小学阳光招生专项行动（2026年）的通知》（赣教基字〔2026〕10号）《关于严禁义务教育学校非政策性择校行为的通知》（丰办字〔2018〕52号）《关于进一步做好全市进城务工人员随迁子女就学工作的通知》（抚教体基函〔2021〕16号）《抚州市教育体育局关于进一步严肃招生纪律规范办学行为的通知》（抚教体基字〔2021〕22号）等文件精神，进一步推进阳光招生、阳光分班，纵深推进全县基础教育领域专项治理，巩固义务教育阳光招生专项行动成果，持续提高义务教育招生入学工作规范化、科学化、制度化水平，不断健全公平入学长效机制，维护良好教育生态，不断提高人民群众教育获得感、满意度。结合南丰实际，特制定本方案：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">一、招生原则</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（一）划片招生，免试免费就近入学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">坚持义务教育免试就近入学原则，按照“学校划片招生、学生免试就近入学”的总体目标，依据城区路段，结合城区小学布局及学位供给、年度生源预测，划定学校招生范围，相对就近安排入学。学校不得采取任何形式的考试招录新生，不得向学生收取任何与入学挂钩的费用，不得按学生成绩进行编班，严禁举办或变相举办重点班。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（二）公开透明，保障教育机会公平</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">坚持“阳光招生”和“阳光分班”政策，建立和完善招生、分班工作公示、咨询和社会监督等工作机制，依托县政府官网、县教体局公众号等平台，及时向社会公布招生信息，主动接受监督，规范招生行为，打造公开公平透明的政策环境，确保招生程序公开、机会公平、结果公正。坚持随迁子女“两为主、两纳入”原则，保障随迁子女入学，健全完善残疾儿童少年入学政策，保障残疾儿童教育。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（三）高效便民，教育服务快捷精准</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">按照“教育入学一件事”改革要求，切实简化证明材料，优化入学手续，科学合理设置报名流程。以数字化赋能招生入学工作，利用信息化手段，加快实现报名、材料审核、录取“线上一网通办”，解决家长报名排队难、跑腿累、复印多等问题，切实为广大家长提供便民服务，减轻群众负担。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">二、招生对象及条件</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（一）招生对象</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">学区内符合入学条件且年满6周岁（2020年8月31日前出生）的适龄儿童，以及乡镇学校、县外学校转入城区小学就读的学生。凡未满6周岁儿童或已建立全国统一学籍在校就读的小学生不得参加一年级新生报名登记。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（二）招生条件</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">1.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">城区户籍户。</span></strong><span leaf="">适龄儿童自出生之日起与法定监护人同一户籍为学区范围户籍，至报名时户籍无变化；或适龄儿童与法定监护人户籍迁入学区范围满一周年以上（2025年8月31日以前迁入）；或因城区征地拆迁等其他原因2026年秋季入学前已划入城区小学招生范围的特定区域户籍（法定监护人与适龄儿童在同一户籍）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证。适龄儿童单独成户或与法定监护人不在同一户籍的，不予考虑。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">2.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">城区购房户。</span></strong><span leaf="">法定监护人或适龄儿童在学区范围内购房（2026年8月31日前交房）。认定材料：户口簿、出生证和下列三类佐证材料之一。一是房屋所有权证或不动产权证书；二是因房产抵押或其他原因暂时不能提供产权证原件的，由不动产登记中心出具产权证明（或赣服通查询不动产登记信息）；三是已交房但暂未取得房产证的需提供住建部门备案的购房合同、购房正式发票、契税发票（交房时间以购房备案合同交房时间为准）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">3.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">城区工作户。</span></strong><span leaf="">适龄儿童法定监护人为城区行政事业单位及国有企业单位的正式职工，按用工单位所在区域就近安排。认定材料：户口簿、出生证，监护人单位证明、人社部门出具的工作介绍信（或政府抄告单）、加盖单位公章的工资AB卡复印件等。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">4.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">城区经商户。</span></strong><span leaf="">适龄儿童法定监护人在城区商铺经商满一周年以上（2025年8月31日以前颁发的营业执照），划入琴湖小学学区。认定材料：户口簿、出生证，市场监督管理部门颁发的营业执照正副本、相应的租赁合同及租赁商铺产权、缴纳租金等相关材料。无实体商铺的网店或在小区内（住宅、车库）经商户子女不予安排。在城区商铺经商的，还需由学校不定期到现场核实其经商地点和经营项目的真实性，并经2人以上人员在营业执照复印件上签字确认。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">5.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">城区务工户。</span></strong><span leaf="">适龄儿童法定监护人在城区注册登记的企业工作满六个月以上（截止到2026年8月31日），由企业缴纳社会养老保险金，划入琴湖小学学区。认定材料：户口簿、出生证，监护人与企业签订的符合相关规定的劳动合同、银行工资流水、企业为员工缴纳六个月以上的社会养老保险金证明材料（县级社保部门出具）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">6.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">教育优待户。</span></strong><span leaf="">县域内现役军人、在编消防救援人员子女、和烈士子女，依据有关政策，根据其实际居住地，优先安排。认定材料：由县人武部出具军烈属、消防救援大队出具在编人员等证明或其它有效证件、能反映儿童与军烈属家庭关系的户口簿、出生证。根据省教育厅《关于开展人才子女入学特殊政策专项整治工作的通知》（赣教基办函〔2026〕10号）精神，荣立三等功退役军人、工业园区招商引资企业法人代表子女和孙辈、县委、县政府引进的高层次人才子女优先以户籍、房产为准，无城区户籍、房产由招生工作领导小组统筹安排。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">7.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">特殊情况户。</span></strong><span leaf="">父母双亡的孤儿，根据监护人实际情况，就近安排入学。认定材料：户口簿、出生证、县民政部门出具的有效证明材料，由招生工作领导小组统筹安排。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">三、学区范围</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">依据县城街道、路段、门牌号为辖区内每一所小学划定招生范围，每年根据学校学位容量和上年度招生状况进行适度调整。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">2026年学区范围如下（见附图）：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（一）实验小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">解放路、胜利路、人民路、建设路、城墙路、琴城路、盱江路、沿江路、大桥路，交通中路以东（原县人民银行至凯仁饭店），果园村。原果园村村民搬迁至环城南路果园西门新区、果园石背新区、果园十二队小区、果园石背小区、果园六队新区，</span><strong><span leaf="">符合城区入学条件，家长申请自愿就读的学生。</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（二）附属小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">交通中路以西至桔都大道竹马路口（原人民医院至李家山小区），</span></strong><span leaf="">新建路（财政局至县老干部活动中心）、仓山路、街心花园，交通南路以东双号（中兴广场至明珠公寓），桔园新村、中兴小区、橘都（欧美）风情、李家山小区。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（三）子固小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">桔都大道以北至国安路以南（竹马路口千禧小区至隆兴花园至凯升公馆至国际花园至紫薇花园至维也纳大酒店），桔都大道以南（双号），交通南路以西（单号），昌厦公路以东符合县城小学就读条件的区域。具体包括以下街道、小区：南广路、康都南路、桔苑南路、子固南路、美食街、桔都大市场、琴湖中央城、华鑫公寓、嘉禾小区、琴台苑、子固阳光城、桔茂花园、子固花园、子固锦苑、电力新村、邮政公寓、学府佳苑、宏恒花园、国际花园、紫薇花园、翰林花园、拥月山庄、桔秀花苑、亿佳豪苑、锦绣佳苑、千禧小区、烟草公司宿舍、教育局宿舍、天赐良缘、静源公寓、凯升公馆、隆兴花园、润和丽园、军峰公寓、屿琪公寓；储家堡和邵家堡原村民（以户籍入学）。</span><strong><span leaf="">桔都大道以北至国安路以南（竹马路口千禧小区至隆兴花园至凯升公馆至国际花园至紫薇花园至维也纳大酒店）原子固小学与桔都小学、登高小学双学区全部划入子固小学学区范围，因取消桔都小学、登高小学双学区，如原双学区中一年级新生有直系兄弟姐妹在桔都小学或登高小学就读的，报名期间可持户口簿到县教体局218室登记，经核实，可根据家长意愿调整到一个学校就读。</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（四）桔都小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">国安路以北（国安小区至书香琴苑），傩乡大道以北（桔都阳光城至滨江一号），昌厦公路以西、桔都大道延伸段以北符合县城小学就读条件的区域。具体包括以下街道、小区：傩乡大道、国安路、子固北路、琴台河阳光城、书香琴苑、国安小区、众兴花园（北侧楼层）、桔都阳光城、香格里拉、帝景湾、滨江一号、琴台河御府、嘉禾天城、祥和楼、天和小区、旺辉府邸、翰景园、天悦尚城、幸福小区、宜居花苑、塑摩城、丰盛小区、莲花小区、富力尚悦居。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（五）登高小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">嘉禾路以北，桔苑北路以东（玉龙花园至县幼儿园），傩乡大道以南（聚福阳光城至南丰一品），交通中路以北至交通北路单号（原人民医院至傩乡大道交汇处），交通北路双号164号以后（华民康大药房至南丰一品）符合县城小学就读条件的区域。具体包括以下街道、小区：希望路、盛业新城、玉龙花园、未来城、华宇豪庭、鸿业花园、盱江花园、盱江水岸、南丰一品、聚福阳光城、朝先村。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（六）琴湖小学</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">环城南路以南至桔苑南路交叉口（水南桥至美好家园），桔苑北路以西至琴湖中路以南至子固南路以西（琴湖御景至轻纺城），昌厦公路以西、桔都大道延伸段以南符合县城小学就读条件的区域。具体包括以下街道、小区：环城南路、瀚茗尚品、安康小区、美好家园、锦绣家园、琴湖国际、轻纺城、琴湖御景、五缘湾小区、丰泽园、木材市场、众兴花园（南侧楼层）；柑橘研究所新区、园林新区、水南新区（以政府抄告单所附户名单为准）；揭家堡、沈家堡、考坑村石背新区、上考坑、下考坑原村民，以户籍入学。符合</span><strong><span leaf="">城区经商户、城区务工户</span></strong><span leaf="">就读条件的一年级新生及二至六年级转学学生，</span><strong><span leaf="">符合桔都小学、登高小学、子固小学学区入学条件，家长申请自愿就读的一年级新生。</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（八）醒侬学校</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">琴城镇水南村、大堡村、杨梅村、水北村、下坊村，莱溪乡杨梅坑村、莱溪乡嵊背村小组一年级新生；琴城镇桥背村、徐家边村、彩虹路、东城学府、盛业公馆、悦龙庭，符合城区经商户、城区务工户满6个月以上就读条件的一年级新生及二至六年级转学学生；按照优化营商环境政策要求，在黄金工业园区务工满6个月以上随迁子女，外县户籍技术工人子女。由招生工作领导小组办公室视实际情况统筹安排的其他学生。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">四、招生及转学流程</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（一）新生招生流程</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">1.</span></strong><span leaf="">2026年秋季需在城区小学一年级就读的适龄儿童，由适龄儿童或其监护人于2026年6月26日—7月5日登录南丰县教育体育局微信公众号（微信号：nfxedu）右下角微互动报名入口进行报名登记。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">2.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">报名信息核实。</span></strong><span leaf="">各学校指定专人每天对网上报名登记的信息进行初步审查，对报名资料不全或学区错误的，及时在备注栏提醒家长补充佐证材料，报名结束后（系统关闭）。集中核实时间从2026年6月26日开始至7月10日结束。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">3.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">统一调剂安排。</span></strong><span leaf="">凡报名申请人数未超过学校招生计划的，全部登记入学，剩余招生计划由招生工作领导小组办公室统筹安排；报名申请人数超过招生计划的，实行电脑随机录取，多出的学区内儿童由招生工作领导小组办公室调剂到其它学校就读。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">4.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">确认公示名单。</span></strong><span leaf="">学校报名初审后，招生工作领导小组办公室组织人员对新生报名情况进行复审，复审无异议后，在网上进行公示，公示后在报名登记表加盖公章予以确定入学名单，阳光分班后，学校公布新生分班名单。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">5.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">建籍筛查再审。</span></strong><span leaf="">一年级新生报到注册后10天内，学校为新生建立或接续电子学籍。招生过程中发现未满6周岁或因提供虚假入学信息无法建立新生电子学籍的，一律取消其城区入学资格。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">（二）转学流程</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">1.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">转学报名条件。</span></strong><span leaf="">符合城区学校入学条件统一在秋季学期网上申请转学登记。根据“同城不转学”的规定，城区学校之间原则上不予转学。春季学期开学时，县外务工返乡子女、县外随迁子女符合城区学校入学条件，可申请办理转学，按照秋季城区小学招生方案中转学政策办理。县内乡镇小学春季学期开学时不予转学至城区小学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">2.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">线上报名登记。</span></strong><span leaf="">2026年秋季需从乡镇学校、县外学校转入城区小学就读的学生，须在2026年6月26日至7月5日登录南丰县教育体育局微信公众号（微信号：nfxedu）右下角微互动报名入口录入相关信息，进行网上登记申请转学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">3.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">报名信息核实。</span></strong><span leaf="">有转入学生的学校要对网上转学报名登记信息进行梳理汇总，并逐一核实，及时审核。核实时间从2026年6月26日开始至7月10日结束。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">4.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">统一调剂安排。</span></strong><span leaf="">根据《关于印发抚州市化解义务教育“大班额”实施意见的通知》（抚府办发〔2018〕125号）“没有富余学位不转学”的规定，城区小学二至六年级向社会公示空余学位，符合城区入学条件的学生按照学区划分到相应学校申请转学，申请人数未超过空余学位数，直接录取，超出空余学位数，按照多子女优先、电脑派位的方式进行录取，录满为止，多出学生统一调剂到学区周边有空余学位的小学就读，没有空余学位不接收转学申请，统一调剂到学区周边有空余学位的小学就读。具体录取学校以网上发布为准。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">5.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">确认公示名单。</span></strong><span leaf="">招生工作领导小组办公室组织人员复查学校汇总的转入学生报名登记表，复查无异议后，在报名登记表加盖公章予以确定入学名单，学校公布转入学生分班名单。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">6.</span></strong><strong><span leaf="">办理转学手续。</span></strong><span leaf="">转入学校为符合转学条件的学生办理转学手续，在学籍管理系统中上传申请转学的佐证材料，发起转学申请，直至完成电子学籍调档。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">五、招生时间安排</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">1.6月25日：公布南丰县2026年秋季城区小学招生方案。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">2.6月26日—7月5日：学生家长登录南丰县教育体育局微信公众号（微信号：nfxedu）右下角微互动报名入口进行报名登记。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">3.6月26日--7月10日：各学校对网上报名登记的信息进行逐一核实。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">4.7月13日：南丰县教育体育局微信公众号公布审核通过学生名单。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">5.8月25日：家长带好入学资料原件（不需复印）到学校报到注册。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">6.9月1日：学校公布学生阳光分班名单</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">未于6月26日至7月5日时间内完成报名登记的学生，统一于8月21至8月23日进行补报，如学区学校学位已满，必须服从调剂，由招生工作领导小组办公室统筹调剂到学位有余额的学校入学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">六、相关工作要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">1.城区小学招生在招生工作领导小组领导和监督指导下工作，相关工作人员必须严格遵守法律法规，严格执行招生政策“十项严禁”，严守招生纪律，城区各学校要成立学校招生工作领导小组，校长为招生工作第一责任人，分管副校长为招生工作直接责任人，负责学校招生政策的宣传解释、审核、公示等工作，坚持“三审二公示”（审户籍、 审房产、审年龄；预录名单公示、阳光分班名单公示）制度，扎实做好城区义务教育阶段学生的入学工作，确保招生秩序平稳，确保社会稳定。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">2.各招生工作领导小组成员单位要充分认识义务教育阶段学校招生工作是保障教育公平的重要途径，是体现社会公平的重要举措。要高度重视学校招生工作，严格按照县委县政府《关于成立南丰县学校招生工作领导小组的通知》（丰办字〔2020〕44号）的职责分工，各负其责、各司其职，形成部门合力，积极配合县教体局做好招生宣传、信息采集、资格审验工作，确保提供的户籍、房产（购房合同）、不动产、务工证明、企业职工基本养老保险等证明材料的真实有效。深入细致做好入学政策解读，积极回应人民群众关切，引导广大家长树立科学教育观念，切实营造良好的招生入学工作氛围，确保秋季招生工作顺利进行。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">3.农村小学和各幼儿园要召开家长会，大力宣传招生政策，安排部署网上报名有关事宜，及时通知和培训符合新生入学或转学条件的家长进行报名，协助无填报条件的家长完成报名。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">4.城区小学要严格按照招生工作领导小组核定的计划招收新生，严格控制新招生年级班额，不得随意增减招生计划，对擅自接收计划外和不符合入学条件的，县教体局不得办理学籍，该生返回户籍所在地学校就读。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">5.学校不能接纳未满6周岁的新生入学，不能为入学时未满6周岁的学生补办电子学籍，未满6周岁在外地就读的学生，转回本县时，必须安排在符合当年招生政策的相应年级。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">6.严格执行《关于严禁义务教育学校非政策性择校行为的通知》要求，严明招生纪律。学校严禁以任何名义“插班”“借读”，严禁非政策性择校，严禁划分重点班。全体教职员工不得在招生工作中有以权谋私、收受贿赂等行为，否则将严肃追究责任。对违反规定进行招生的学校，由招生工作领导小组依据法律法规和有关政策规定处理，并对责任人依法依纪问责，直至撤销或解聘相应职务。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">7.严厉打击利用虚假、伪造证件骗取城区入学资格的行为。严厉打击为城区入学提供虚假证件、扰乱正常办学秩序的行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">8.各校要强化控辍保学工作，重点关注残疾儿童少年、贫困家庭儿童少年、留守儿童、困境儿童等的入学情况，落实联控联保工作机制，确保义务教育入学“一个不少”。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">9.学校要切实保障适龄残疾儿童接受义务教育的权利，按照“零拒绝”“全覆盖”目标，根据残疾人教育专家委员会教育安置建议，通过普通学校随班就读、特殊教育就读、送教上门等方式保障残疾儿童少年就学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">10.各校要严格落实学籍管理规定，“一人一籍、籍随人走、人籍一致”的学籍管理要求，从学生入学之日起1个月内完成学籍建档，核查学生入学、返学情况。严格规范学籍建立、异动（转学、休学、复学）删除学籍相关业务办理流程。要及时查处和纠正学籍建档过程中的不规范行为，严禁出现“人籍分离”“空挂学籍”“学籍造假”等现象。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><strong><span leaf="">七、其它补充事项</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">1.网上报名个人信息必须全面而准确，且遵守诚信原则。所有入学证明材料均由相关职能部门配合学校进行严格审验，凡出具伪造证件，弄虚作假者，一经查出将予以曝光，并无条件由招生工作领导小组统一调配到城区以外或户籍所在地的小学就读，并向公安机关反馈。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">2.适龄儿童拥有多项入学条件时，如同时拥有城区户口和房产、学生本人或法定监护人拥有多套房产、法定监护人拥有房产和营业执照等，请根据实际情况慎重选择一项入学条件，申请对应学校的学位，入学后小学阶段不予转学。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">3.法定监护人在城区小学有两个及以上子女，符合2026年城区小学入学条件但不在同一学校就读，家长可于7月3日前向现学校提出转学申请，并提供佐证材料，由学校汇总后交招生工作领导小组视学位情况统一调剂，集中办理转学。双学区需要调整时，多子女优先调整到同一校区就读。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">4.适龄儿童的法定监护人是廉租房、公租房的承租人，且该儿童户籍与法定监护人在同一户籍，可凭租房合同、户口簿、出生证、按学区范围安排入学。若租房合同逾期，由住房保障管理所盖章确认。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">5.正式落户于南丰工业园区的工业企业法人代表子女和孙辈；企业占股5%以上的股东或副总经理以上的高管子女（企业高管需提供半年以上，每月六千元以上的银行工资流水），优先以户籍、房产为准，无城区户籍、房产由招生工作领导小组视实际居住地就近安排入学；外县户籍员工子女按企业所在地就近安排就读。企业应遵守诚信原则，据实提供入学资料，凡出具虚假资料，一经查出就列入诚信黑名单。入学资料统一由企业报园区管委会初审（需要审核法定监护人城区无户籍、房产），初审合格名单由园区管委会汇总交招生工作领导小组统筹安排。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">6.方案中的房产是指适龄儿童或法定监护人在学区范围内购房且产权100%，其余房产（含祖辈）一律不作为适龄儿童入学依据。当二人或多人共有一套房产时，只安排其中一位产权人的子女入学，并且其产权份额比例不低于50%（夫妻双方产权可累加计算）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">7.县城棚户区改造涉及到的拆迁居民户的子女新生入学资格参照“城区购房户”条件进行登记，选择政府回迁房的，由棚户区改造指挥部提供证明，或提供房屋征收补偿安置协议书、房屋预征补偿款结算单，或提供“选房确定书”等作为入学依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">8.适龄儿童法定监护人购买商铺、车库不作为入学依据。购买成套商业房产已取得产权证并实际入住的，视申请入学学生数量、家庭房产数量、实际居住地、入学意愿以及学区学校学位等情况，由招生工作领导小组统筹考虑。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em; line-height: 2;'><span leaf="">9.购买且入住返建房及“两违”房，已经取得产权证的划入学区范围，没有取得产权证，其余佐证材料均不作为适龄儿童入学依据。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;
